Every year the several initiatives get together in a conference for the exchange of experience.
In 2011 our annual meeting will happen from Friday, September 30th to Sunday, October 2nd. New meeting point: Dortmund

In 2008, the annual meeting happened at the beginning of October in Basel.

In 2007, our annual meeting happened from 2nd to 4th of November at Munich. For further details please consult the German page.
